This gift card can be used to exchange for viviON points. After completing the payment, the system will automatically send the serial code to your email.
Q: How do I top up?
After purchase, the serial code will be sent to your email. Please enter the code in viviON's My Page > Input Serial Code to redeem points.
Q: What is the validity period of the serial code for viviON?
The serial code is valid for 180 days from the date of purchase. Unused codes will automatically expire and will not be reissued. Please also note that after redeeming the serial code for viviON points, the points will expire one year after the last time points were obtained or used.
Q: Can I get a refund?
Purchased serial codes are virtual goods and cannot be returned or canceled after purchase.
